How much does a sworn translation cost in Kraków?

At Translate Service, sworn translation starts at 100 zł. The final price depends on the language, length, complexity and urgency. For an accurate quote, send every page, including attachments and reverse sides with stamps or notes.

What is the difference between sworn and standard translation?

A sworn translation is certified by an authorised sworn translator. A standard translation does not carry that certification. The right choice depends on the recipient’s requirements: check which format the institution accepts before ordering.

How long does document translation take?

A standard order usually takes 1–3 working days after agreement. We will confirm the date after checking the language and length. If it is urgent, tell us your deadline before ordering. Delivery time is additional.

Will I need originals if a university in Kraków accepts scans?

Check the requirements for your programme and admission stage. For example, UJ’s part-time Administration bachelor’s programme, 2026/27 intake for Polish citizens separately describes uploading scans and presenting originals at enrolment. Should I include stamps and attachments in another language?

Yes. Send the complete document: the main text, attachments, reverse sides and every stamp, even if the language differs. This lets us assess the full scope and languages required. Do not crop annotations from photos; if any text is unclear, we will ask for a clearer image.

Can I order a Polish criminal record certificate without visiting the office?

Yes. Translate Service can arrange the certificate without you visiting the issuing office. The service starts at 390 zł and takes up to two working days. We will confirm the necessary information and documents when you order; translation and apostille are arranged separately.

How much does medical document translation cost?

Medical translation starts at 180 zł. Urgent service starts at 280 zł, subject to availability. The final price depends on the language, length and format. The clinic, insurer or institution’s requirements determine whether standard or sworn translation is needed.

What details do you need to book an interpreter in Kraków?

We need the language, date, time, address, purpose and estimated duration of the meeting. For a notarial act, also send the notary’s requirements for the interpreter. We will agree the specialist and price after checking availability; written document translation is arranged separately.
