Prices and turnaround
How much does sworn translation from Ukrainian cost?
Prices are per billing page: 1125 characters including spaces in the completed translation. Each document is rounded up separately to a whole page, with a minimum of one page. Applicable taxes are included.
We guarantee 1–3 working days for a standard order and one working day for an agreed urgent order. The turnaround starts after we receive the complete document set, agree the price and scope, and receive payment. Civil status documents, powers of attorney, driving licences, education, medical and technical documents use the specialist rate. Urgent specialist translation is quoted separately. Delivery of the completed translation within Poland is free; international shipping and return of the original are agreed separately.

How to order sworn translation from Ukrainian
We first agree the complete order, then start counting the turnaround. A readable file is enough for an initial estimate.
Send the complete document set
Send all pages, reverse sides and attachments. Specify the language direction, recipient, requested deadline and whether the original is available.
Confirm and pay for the order
Confirm the price, scope, deadline and format. Our adviser will clarify whether you need to provide the original.
Receive the certified translation
A sworn translator will produce and certify the written translation. The source document and delivery format are considered separately.
Agree how to receive it
We deliver the paper translation free within Poland. Electronic delivery, international shipping and return of the original are discussed in advance.

What to check in a Ukrainian document before translation
A document from Ukraine may contain Ukrainian, Russian and individual annotations in other languages. For an order, we check each part of the document set, its completeness and the spelling of names.
Type of certification
Notarised or sworn translation of Ukrainian documents
Before submitting a Ukrainian certificate, diploma or power of attorney in Poland, check whether a sworn translation is required. The familiar term “notarised translation” does not determine the form of certification: a sworn translator authorised for Ukrainian certifies a tłumaczenie przysięgłe.
