Include all four corners. Place the licence on a flat surface and hold the camera parallel to it.

Avoid glare and shadows
Keep your fingers clear of the entries. Use diffused light so text on the plastic and near holograms remains visible.

Check the small fields
Zoom in: numbers, dates, categories and restriction codes must be legible. Do not apply filters or retouching.
