For submission in Poland, we translate foreign certificates into Polish; for submission abroad, we translate Polish certificates into a foreign language. In both directions, we translate entries, reverse sides, stamps and endorsements in the agreed set. Translation does not replace obtaining a new document or registering the civil record at the USC.
