How do you order an education document translation?
Start by sending the documents and receiving institution’s requirements. We confirm the scope and completion date before payment.
Send your documents
Send all pages, reverse sides, attachments and certifications. Specify both languages, destination, recipient requirements and your preferred completion date.
Confirm and pay
Confirm the price, language, translation format and completion date. Payment is made after agreement and before work starts.
Translation and certification
The translator completes the agreed work and arranges the selected certification.
Choose collection or delivery
Collect the completed package from our office or request free delivery within Poland. Originals are insured in transit; delivery dates are agreed separately.
Where are you submitting the document?
The destination country and the recipient’s requirements determine the translation language, the documents needed and the format.
One form of certification is not automatically suitable for every country. We will confirm the price, turnaround and delivery method for your chosen direction after checking the document and the recipient’s requirements.
When do you need a certificate or diploma translation?
A school certificate or diploma may need translating for a Polish institution or one abroad. Send the full set and the recipient’s requirements for language, certification and deadline. Translation and recognition of education are separate tasks.
Some NAWA procedures allow exceptions based on the source language. NAWA and your institution may have different requirements. Check the current checklist for your particular application; there is no universal requirement to translate every document. Check the NAWA FAQ.

Which education documents do we translate?
Send the complete package for a quote. A transcript may contain more text than the certificate or diploma itself.
School certificate
Document and school names, graduate details, completed education and official notes.
Diploma
Institution name, qualification, field of study and official notes in the source document.
Transcript of grades
Subjects, grades, hours or credits and grading scale explanations. We preserve the structure and its link to the main document.
Study certificates
We assess additional study records and extracts against the recipient’s requirements.
How should you prepare a school certificate for translation?
Check the required documents and certification before ordering, especially if you are looking for a notarised translation of a school certificate.

Polish official procedures may require a sworn translation. Do not automatically order notarisation.
Include the transcript
Send every page with subjects, grades and explanations, including the reverse and any existing certification.
Check your name
Provide the Latin-script spelling from your passport and application form. Translating a qualification does not award a Polish equivalent.
