Medical translation starts at 180 zł. Urgent service starts at 280 zł, subject to availability. The final price depends on the language, length and format. The clinic, insurer or institution’s requirements determine whether standard or sworn translation is needed.

For the case of licences not covered by the road traffic conventions, the city specifies an authenticated translation with a permanently attached licence copy. First check whether this condition applies to your document: it is not a blanket requirement for every foreign licence.
