At Translate Service, sworn translation starts at 100 zł. The final price depends on the language, length, complexity and urgency. For an accurate quote, send every page, including attachments and reverse sides with stamps or notes.

A sworn translation is certified by an authorised sworn translator. A standard translation does not carry that certification. The right choice depends on the recipient’s requirements: check which format the institution accepts before ordering.

A standard order usually takes 1–3 working days after agreement. We will confirm the date after checking the language and length. If it is urgent, tell us your deadline before ordering. Delivery time is additional.

According to WSC, submission office staff do not certify document copies. A sworn translation, a certified copy and presenting an original are separate matters. Check the list for your procedure and send it with your documents. This rule should not be applied to every institution in Warsaw.

You can order through Translate Service in Warsaw or remotely. The authority that issues the apostille depends on the issuing country and document type, not where you live. Send the document and tell us the destination country so we can confirm the process.

Send every page, attachment and reverse side with annotations. Name the university or employer, the target language and your deadline, and include the recipient’s requirements. This lets us quote for the complete set and establish the type and format of translation. A quote based on a scan does not confirm that the recipient accepts translation from a copy.

Yes. Translate Service can arrange the certificate without you visiting the issuing office. The service starts at 390 zł and takes up to two working days. We will confirm the necessary information and documents when you order; translation and apostille are arranged separately.

Medical translation starts at 180 zł. Urgent service starts at 280 zł, subject to availability. The final price depends on the language, length and format. The clinic, insurer or institution’s requirements determine whether standard or sworn translation is needed.
