Starting rates come from the shared price list. An additional review of written translations is included. Delivery within Poland is free; international shipping, extra copies and returning originals are agreed separately.

How do I order?
Send your materials or describe the meeting. We agree the order terms before starting work.
Describe your request
Specify the source and target languages, the purpose of the translation and your preferred date. For interpreting, we need the location, time and duration of the meeting.
Agree the quote
We assess the volume and format, calculate the cost and confirm the completion date. Attach any recipient requirements to your enquiry.
Receive your reviewed translation
Every completed written translation is additionally reviewed by another sworn translator. This review is included in the order price.
Choose how to receive it
Collect a paper copy from our office or arrange free delivery within Poland. We agree electronic delivery and a qualified signature in advance; a scan of a paper translation does not replace a signed electronic document.
A readable scan or photo is sufficient for a quote. We agree whether the original is needed based on the recipient’s requirements. The main deliverable for a sworn translation order is a paper translation. Standard written, sworn and medical translation: 1–3 days; urgent sworn, standard and medical translation: 24 hours. Work begins after we receive the complete document set, agree the volume and price, and receive payment; we confirm the date for the specific language, volume and format separately. Specialist translation turnaround is confirmed after reviewing the materials. Interpreting dates and duration are agreed separately. Translation does not replace recognition of qualifications, the issue of a document or an institution’s decision.
What to establish about a document before translating it into Norwegian
If the recipient requires additional information, translating the text of the short document does not replace the document with this information.
